本科其以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验
1个月内到位

主要职责：

1) Manage product portfolio
Strategize product roadmap (incl. upgrade path for legacy products) for specific application / segment (e.g., Security). Identify gaps in roadmap and work to close them.
Manage product catalog and product selection. Rationalize product portfolio where necessary. Lead and manage new product introduction programs
Obtain required local approvals, certifications, licenses for products
Establish competitive differentiation. Analyze & compare our offering against key competitors.
Support Supply Chain team in vendor relationship management, pricing, and quality issues
2) Lead new product introductions
Provide local inputs/requirements to product development team
Work with Marketing to define offering, value proposition, pricing
Plan and manage launch programs. Coordinate with local teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain)
Coordinate product / technical training for all Sales, Sales Support, Engineers, and Technicians
Coordinate product testing with local technical support team
3) Identify local technical / product requirements
Keep abreast of market needs & trends
Work with Marketing to conduct VOC (customers, consultants, etc.)
Obtain inputs from Sales, Operations and Service, and other internal business units (SBU)
4)Manage and upkeep the Demo Room. Update equipment for customer demos.
5) Support customer events, e.g., AP road shows, exhibitions, events

Qualifications
Degree holder in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or relevant disciplines
Minimum 6 years of experience
Solid experience in building management system and solution design. Knowledgeable networking solutions (i.e. IP network)
Good team player. Strong collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development Team, and other business units
Good project and people management skills. Able to manage multiple projects.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
