职位要求：

有海外工作、学习经历
硕士其以上学历，10年以上相关工作经验
6个月内到位

主要职责：

医药、生物工程、医疗器械公司。
Responsibilities:
1. Represent Company to coordinate and accomplish USA or Hong Kong IPO process
2. Set forth SOP, internal control and internal audit policies and procedures to comply with IPO requirements
3. Manage the current & search for new Investors, Banks, Trust Companies, VC’s, Leasing Companies & etc. and further develop investors’ relationship
4. Manage credit and cash if proper experiences exist
5. Liaison with the Board of Directors and external auditors
6. Locate in Shanghai, travel frequency (USA, HK, Taipei, Shanghai and others) would be high

用人要求：

Qualifications:
1. Minimum capabilities or experiences
- Work experiences in related positions 5 years,Total work experiences 8 years
- Bachelor degree from fair standard university in related major
- Pleasant and aggressive work attitude in order to coordinate current Finance Teams in Shanghai and Taipei
- Speak Mandarin and English fluently
2. Following attributes would be pluses
- MBA (USA or Europe) or CPA (Hong Kong /China/ USA)
- Experiences in reputed international companies
- Experiences in international based security brokerage firms
- Experiences in Medical Device field, Experiences of work locations in China,Age between 33-43
3. Following situations would not be considered
- Change jobs frequently, Not willing to undertake challenges and pressures

薪酬待遇： 税前年薪 120万—160万 预计截止时间：2024/5/11
