工作职责:
This senior role in the CIO office is responsible for the delivery of IT programs and infrastructure projects within the group and subsidiaries. It is a leadership role that ensures business needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the various teams, vendors and subcontractor organizations, and managing the implementation to ensure positive client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
1. Owner of group IT project governance and corporate project portfolio
2. Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management
3. Facilitate creation of project proposals by interacting with key users to deliver project charter documents including costs, timeline, funding, resources and goals
4. Oversees the work of a team of project managers and technical architects and manage associated cost, schedule, and quality of service deliverables
5. Establishing effective project communication plans and present to management, users and team members, on project status and milestones over the life cycle of a project
职位要求:
1. Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
2. At least 10 years of experience in IT experience
3. At least 5 years of project management experience
4. Experience in managing a team of project managers and architects
5. Managed at least 3 projects of at least RMB 2 million each
6. Experience in developing business requirements, GAP analysis, and solution design
7. Fluent in English (written and verbal)
8. Advanced knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
9. Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, conflict management and analytical skills
10. Communication skills and presentation skills to senior management
希望具有:
1. Certification as a PMP
2. Experience with a systems integrator company or a consulting company working with external customers will be highly regarded
3. Self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented
4. Strong customer service mind set
5. Broad Experience in the following technologies
- Oracle Applications (Finance, HR, Payroll) or other ERP packages
- Microsoft .NET development
- Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint and SQL
- J2EE and related technologies.
