工作职责:
This senior role in the CIO office is responsible for smooth and reliable operations of all of the corporate datacenters. It is a leadership role that requires operational skills as well as managing capital and operating expense budgets. Responsibilities include:
1. Owner of group IT datacenter operations and responsible for the group’s IT production environment and the achievement of SLA targets
2. Lead a team of staff to plan, organize and manage day-to-day operations to ensure the stable operation
3. Develop operational metrics and provide leadership for system improvements gleaned from these metrics
4. Develop capacity forecasting tools and develop plans to support growth of the organization
5. Work closely with other team members for global consistency strategy of all aspects of operations service delivery such as data centre operations, facilities management, processes and procedures
6. Enhance delivery of service through effective monitoring of systems, process improvement and problem prevention/resolution initiatives
职位要求:
1. Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
2. At least 10 years of experience in IT experience of which more than 5 years in technical and operational management experience
3. Experience in managing multiple data centers and developing the strategies used to maintain a highly available operational environment, which includes capacity planning and forecasting, disaster recovery and business continuity
4. Hands-on experience in operational process and procedures such as production control, scheduling and management of the data centre
5. Strong exposure to supporting enterprise applications on Dell, HP, IBM servers across Unix and Window environments
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
7. Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, conflict management and analytical skills
8. Communication skills and presentation skills to senior management

- J2EE and Unix environment
