Chief Operating Officer (COO) Telecommunication Supplier
Shenzhen/China
A world leading high tech manufacturer and sells successfully to companies like Siemens, Ericsson and Huawei in China. For their new production facility in Shenzhen/China we are looking for an experienced CEO.
Responsibilities:
1. Process optimization, lean production and quality management.
2. Ensure that the global production philosophy, quality vision and values of the group are appropriately reflected and incorporated into any new development, initiatives and subsequent communications.
3. Ensure further development and common usage of workflows and systems which measure product quality and service quality in the primary and secondary supply chain.
4. Coordinate cross factory and cross-function projects to raise perceived product quality and/or to increase process efficiency.
5. Participate external committees to engage in the definition of standards to ensure sensible regulation.
6. Reporting of respective figures and results to headquarters.

Requirements:
1. University degree in engineering.
2. Profound experience in production and quality assurance.
3. Excellent leadership skills.
4. Strong decision making capability and projecta management skills.
5. Strong cultural awareness.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Chinese and English fluent.
8. Knowledge in production of mechanical-electrical parts.
