The Chief Marketing Officer is a key role of the corporation and directly report to the CEO of the corporation. Formulate and execute marketing, product, pricing and Promotion strategies to position Yourzine Online Marketing platform as the leader provider of Online Marketing solutions and service, e.g. net income, brand awareness, customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1. Fully participate as a member of China executive management team and will be expected to work closely with the executive team members
2. Know well on Chinese mainland enterprise clients and familiar with agencies;
3. Formulation of Multiple-client strategy; wide knowledge and research capability of markets;
4. New Business development and marketing solutions planning and management;
5. Marketing, advertising, promotion planning, and working with technical team;
6. Manage Marketing & Sales Dept, Develop the marketing working procedures and policies
7. Marketing & Sales team management, recruitment, motivation, training and development staffing responsibilities.
Requirements
1. High level of education background from famous universities, MBA is preferable.
2. At least 7 years experiences dealing with large clients at a high level in anyone of the follow sectors: PR & AD, FMCG, ERP & CRM (ECM) and IT service in mainland China,
3. Age about 28 to 40, a minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in the marketing and management position;
4. Good communication, coordination skills and strong leadership ability are required; Must be a competent writer of business proposals; excellent presentation skill both in English and Chinese;
5. Demonstrated experience developing proof of concept and formulating Marketing solution related strategic projects;
6. Hands-on experience in marketing services and marketing solutions is preferred in mainland China;
7. Willing to roll up their sleeves, have a proactive attitude, a willingness and passion to work in a rapidly changing environment, with a young dynamic, fast paced company;
8. Strong sense of duty and responsibilities; Sound interpersonal, influencing, planning, communication and organizing skills;
9．Experience in working with multi-national organizations and ability to travel is preferred
