硕士其以上学历，7年以上相关工作经验
6个月内到位

主要职责：

1.Knowledge of customer base, product base and business dynamics. Knowledge of die attaches applications and semiconductor back-end process-flow.
2.Business-oriented mind set.
3.Knowledge of common business practices Three plus years of data analysis experience using MS Access, Excel or equivalent tools.
4.Data gathering, organizing, and analysis.
5.Must be able to perform data-intensive activities including; data extraction from ERP systems; importing data into database and running reports.

This position takes general duties of product management. Supervision of sustaining engineering projects.
Responsible for research, preparation and analysis of customer, product, competitor and business data to support business planning and generation of product roadmap.

1.Presales support: Prepare and deliver product presentations. Maintain specification sheets. Provide input to marcom for sales collateral material. Help TSM's respond to quotes
2.Generate product strategy incl. product roadmap planning, product positioning, and pricing proposals. Market analysis
3.Analyze customer requirements. Prepare recommendations
4.Collect and maintain specific product forecasts to support business planning. Develop judgement based forecasts to provide guidance to Senior Management
5.Competitive information (Technical, Business, etc.)
