主要职责:
职位描述:
1. 负责管理厨房人员及其他日常行政工作;
2. 负责餐厅菜肴与食品的烹调与制作工作;
3. 与分店经理一起制订菜单与食谱;
4.负责厨房的卫生及菜品质量;
5.负责员工的日常工作管理及培训;
6.检查购买的食品原料是否符合规格并作好成本核算;
7.随时与客户方保持联系,处理客户提出的问题。
8.了解市场的发展趋势,开发新菜单;

任职要求:
1.5年以上相关经验,其中至少2年以上的厨师长管理岗位经验;
2.精通韩餐/日餐制作。
3.身体健康,具备良好的沟通、协调、组织、领导能力;
4.良好的沟通、组织协调能力及管理能力;
5.具有良好的服务意识和团队合作精神;
6.能适应翻班工作。
7.有新菜的创新能力和开发能力。
