1.Prepares and/or assists in the preparation of monthly,quarterly,and annual financial reports as well as financial reviews.operating and strategic plans,program booking estimates,revenue/gross margm report,and makes presentations.
2.Coordinates,prepares and/or reviews financial forecasts and estimates at completion for accuracy,reliability,and conformance with GAAP and ARC Automotive.Inc.finance reporting policy.Prepares financial analyses as requested by management.
3.Reviews cost estimates,bidding strategy and estimating techniques and assists in the preparation for contract negotiations.
4.Establishes budgeting controls(operations,programs.G&A.IR&D/B&P.and Capital).
5.Reviews status of work against schedules;highlights potential problem areas so that corrective action may be taken.
6.Establishes work breakdown strctures with Program Mnagement and Customers,prepares proposal cost projections and pricing.
7.Prepares detailed revenue projections and estimates as completion.
8.Supervises,provides work direction and guidance to finance/accounting and administrative staff.
9.Befamiliar with essential government financial regulations and reporting requirements of assigned host county.
10.Coodinate the relationships with Banks,Commerce Department,IRS.and Partners to protect the Company's benefits.
11.Experience and familiarity with finance related laws, regulation, investment, taxes, import/export, cost control, and manufacturing operations analysis.
12.Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting,Finance,Business Administration or related field and six(6) or more years of professional accounting/finance experience.Experience should include general financial and information system exposure as well as experience in dealing with government contracting agencies.Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles;ability to deal effectively and tactfully with others.Strong knowledge of computers,organizational skills and good written and verbal communication skills.CPA and MBA preferred.
