主要职责：
Field Operation Manager (FOM)
Location: Beijing
Key Responsibilities:
# Site Staff Management/Coordination
Planning site staff requirements, planning/ assigning tasks, controlling the achievement of the set targets and objectives, situational support of site staff, communicating with employees, informing employees of relevant internal and external regulations etc..
# Management of Maintenance Portfolio
Take-over of new turbines, improvement of maintenance routes, analysis of condition reports, coordination with Technical Inspection Agency or other authorities, analysis of customer surveys regarding service performance, handling of customer complaints and claims, spare parts management, etc..
# Repair Management
Evaluation and verification of quotations for repair, offer presentation to the customer, offer monitoring, planning of works and material requirements, repair management, if necessary claim management.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Engineering related
- Business acumen, with financial knowledge and skills preferred
- Customer service minds
- Experienced in dealing with customers
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- No compromises regarding work and health & safety regulations
- Team player
- Good command of English, both in writing and speaking
- Computer skills
