汇报对象：总部CEO

职位要求：

本科其以上学历，10年以上相关工作经验
1个月内到位

主要职责：

Responsibility:
Have full P&L responsibility for the global company
Review, adjust and implement the group strategy for the global company
Develop growth strategies to enter new market and aggressively build market share globally.
Build, develop, manage and motivate management team, including Sales and Marketing, Execution, HR and Finance & Administration
Work closely with Operations, Engineering and Procurement
Develop and maintain relations with key clients and suppliers

用人要求：

Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree or above, major in business commerce and/or economics, MBA preferred
Significant experience in leading a medium sized industrial or IT company or managing a team for a bigger company and having potential to be a General Manager
Strong commercial background combined with overall proven management expertise in global market
International and entrepreneurial experience in Engineering, Procurement or IT related businesses is highly desirable
Positive, result-oriented, innovative and decisive, doer is preferable
Natural leader and team builder, able to delegate, earn respect and inspire confidence and manage by persuasion and influence
Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with industry and company leaders
Hands-on style, would like to get involved in working on problems to develop solutions, challenge the status quo and improve operating efficiencies whenever possible
Good communication skill in both writing and speaking on English and Mandarin, additional language skills are considered a plus
Have some experience on manage e-business or global procurement is preferred.
