Key Responsibilities:
-Formulate and guide the implementation of long and short-range strategy, business plans, policies and programs associated with OSP, act within the broad framework of corporate and SBU strategies and under the direction of general management to achieve approved objectives.
-Effectively interact with sales team to meet market needs and changes.
-Evaluate and respond to market conditions, competitive activities and general economic conditions that impact customer base and programs in China.
-Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts.
-Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from OSP’s services.
-Develop the corporate brand strategy
-Build referral and lead generation network
-Handling the construction of Baoshan factory, productions etc;
-Liaise with OSP Malaysia for purchase or raw material in china;
-In charge of warehousing;
- Remain proactive and responsive to all assigned prospects.
Requirements
- Marketing/Business degree or equivalent; Master of business administration or finance, MBA preferred
- At least 10 year of working experience in a complex multi-stakeholder environment; Experience in dealing with Chinese vendors/suppliers and project management is a plus
- Proven successful track record in winning business in the market
- Conceptual thinker and detail oriented
- Be able to work independently, but also a team player with a strong client service approach
- Self-motivated, pro-active and fast-learner
- Solutions and results-oriented
- Be multitasking and can work under stress;
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
