- 本科其以上学历，8年以上相关工作经验
- 1个月内到位
主要职责：
Position Purpose
1.Responsible for VW projects' design & development with high quality awareness, mainly focus on Branson Japan transfer project
2.VW project Management including coordinating with internal & external resources, quality control and ensure on time delivery to satisfy customers
3.Estimate project cost, and implement the project to control the cost within the budget
Support sales & service on technical side in time to satisfy customers
4.Release drawings, BOM and documentations of project completely & timely following documentation control procedures
5.Make continuous improvement on VW design to help with improving quality, maufacturability, reducing cost and shortening process time
Responsibilities:
1. Mechanical design meets machine specification 98% (no significant deviation)
2. VW development project and customized project complete on time >=98%
3. Archive all project drawings & documentations in time based on schedule
4. No quality issue caused by design error, and monitor project in all manufacture process throughly till high quality production
5. Control development project unfavorable cost variance within CNY 2,500 off estimated cost
用人要求：
1. Education:
Bachelor degree and major in mechanical engineering
Master's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred
2. Skills / Technical Knowledge / Experience:
a. Minimum 8 years related position in mechanical design and project management of industrial machines design field. More than 3 years Japanese company working experience is preferred.
b. Worked for Japanese multi-national manufacturing company
c. Familiar with Japanese quality standards, Can teach others how to achive the qualitystqandards are strongly preferred
d. Capability of 3D design, and especially familiar with the Solidedge software is preferred
e. Knowledge on problem analysis and solving skills
f. Learning quickly, and can adapt to new environment in a short time
g. Good interpersonal skills, self motivated and good team player
h. Speaks Japanese, basic communication skill in English are strongly preferred
