Core Accountabilities

Support national brand initiatives
-To provide a city perspective on brand campaigns to Brand Initiative team prior to the national planning process.
-To plan for the Beijing market specific execution of the national campaigns
-To facilitate in market execution meets required standards and brand heat. Monitor, input and proactively working with the various functional teams.
-Reporting and evaluation

Local marketing initiatives
-To have a strong understanding of consumers and local market environment which will be valuable for developing a unique city plan.
- To initiate and plan for Beijing market specific marketing initiative
-To identify unique opportunities and to provide recommendation and ideas for local activities that will provide impact for the brand

Integration
-To work with cross function teams to align on all levels of the business
-To drive integration and to identify opportunities by working closely with sports marketing, sales and retail team and turning those opportunities into unique marketing initiatives

People management
-Coach and develop team subordinates

Qualification & Requirements

1.Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree. At least 7 years of professional marketing experience with international companies. Solid experience from agencies (PR, Advertising) is a plus.

2.Skill
-Strategic marketing thinking, brand management experience, a mentality of leveraging cross functional resources and pushing for integration, and strong event management skills
-Sensitivity to new media technology and consumer trend
-Ability to understand consumers and translate consumer insight to marketing opportunities
-Ability to built relationship with external parties
-Demonstrated people/team management and agency management skills
-Strong written and verbal English skill

Mental
-Sports enthusiasm, a passion for sports
-Motivated, can-do oriented, independent and proactive approach to work
-Demonstrates ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, negotiate and conceive/create new ideas in a high pressure environment.

Interpersonal
-Ability to work collaboratively with others and develop consensus within diverse groups. Must demonstrate patience, diplomacy and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
