职位: Semiconductor Account Manager North China

- 本科其以上学历,10年以上相关工作经验

公司背景:
NASDAQ上市半导体公司,美资。
工作职责:
1) Develop strategies and tactics with Distributor to enhance sales in
North China region.
2) Work closely with Channel FAE to execute above strategies and tactics,
and win designs against competitions.
3) Build strong relationship with Procurement and R&D teams of key channel
customers in North China.
4) Work closely with local marketing /ABU on key account development and
pricing strategy.
1) Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
2) Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the semiconductor
industry, with proven career track record. Prior experience in Channel
management preferred
3) A self-starter, proactive and enthusiastic individual who has the
ability to identify market trends and opportunities and take advantage of
them.
4) Ambitious, hardworking individual with initiative, flexibility and the
leadership capacity to drive different teams (internal and external) and
projects effectively
5) A team player, able to work effectively with peers or staff at all
levels.
6) An effective negotiator who is convincing in presenting ideas.
7) Knowledge of PLD is a plus.
8) Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
