Lead the Bybon University project: mapping out learning needs in the organization; analyzing the needs and translate into learning solutions including both developing learning programmes in-house and leveraging external resources.
Lead other learning initiatives and projects; developing training process and mechanism in the organization for both functional and management skills.
Support HRD in OD initiatives: manpower planning, talent management, succession plan, pipelining, leadership development, and so on.
More than 8 years in learning management plus OD involvement
Experienced and strong with learning management processes: needs analysis, solution design and delivery, implementation.
Have been involved with OD projects like HIPO management, talent programmes, succession planning, pipelining, etc.
Open minded, enthusiastic in people development and quick to learn business.Good in working with business leaders.
