主要职责:
职位描述
1.负责根据制定集团公司总体战略,规划、动态调整和组织推进人力资源战略;
2.负责建立健全绩效考核、员工关系等各个方面的人力资源制度、流程;
3.根据国集团公司战略规划和业务发展情况设计并动态调整组织架构;
4.根据各业务部门特点与流程,梳理岗位,确定岗位体系、人员编制计划和人岗匹配计划;推进人力资源各个模块日常管理工作;
5.负责协调与内部各部门下属公司和外部监管机构的沟通交流;
6.负责部门团队建设和人员日常管理。
用人要求:
任职资格
1.硕士研究生(含)以上学历,人力资源管理、行政管理、工商管理、金融或经济类相关专业;
2.5年以上集团总部工作经验
3.具有高级企业人力资源管理师资格、公共管理硕士(MPA)优先;
4.熟悉人力资源各个工作模块,熟练掌握国家人事和劳动政策;
5.团队意识较强,具有较强人际沟通、组织协调和公文写作能力;
6.稳重、踏实、勤勉、敬业,具有较好的分析问题和解决问题能力;
7.身体健康,年龄一般不超过45岁。
海外集团总部任职经验尤佳。
薪酬待遇:
