职位： Senior Research Engineer（高级研究工程师）

As a team leader, you are expected to do the followings:
• Understand strategy task and make the commitment and the deployment
• Understand business requirements with the support of business experts and translate them into technical requirements, models and software architecture and hardware frameworks.
• Resolve complex issues in projects, being responsible for the projects.
• Lead the research team and align with stakeholders, making sure that the work is on the right track.
• Create an environment of continuous learning and improvement, supporting and coaching others in personal development.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor or above degree in computer science, software engineering, statistics, mathematics, or relevant information technology area
• Fluent in oral and written English
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Innovative thinking with good sense of customer focus and business acumen
• Good records in publications and/or patent filing;
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux system architecture, high performance database, and C/C++ programming language
• Having software engineering fundamentals with good analytic and problem solving skills;
• Ability to translate complex business problems to technical problems;
• Ability to evaluate the applicability of applying academic research in resolving concrete business problems;
• Good communication skills, being capable of aligning with executives, customers and other stakeholders, communicating on a strategic level with external research ecosystems, and performing efficient internal and cross team coordination
• Ability to actively address and resolve team issues, raising critical problems to seek executive support
• Ability to be responsible for the vision of team and build strategic understanding of how the project contributes to the product and business strategy.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• 9 or more years of large scale software development/architecture design experience is required;
• Experience with high performance computing, architecture design, big data processing, distributed computing, performance tuning is a big plus;
• Any securities trading system product R&D management experience is appreciated;
