Job Purpose
HR daily operations of the Beijing Branch.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll / IIT calculation, database update, p-file administration, social insurance administration and etc.;
HR daily reports;
Staff recreation committee activity;
Recruiting administration, say Ad. update, CV screening;
Expatriates work permit and visa, non-residential permit and other personnel services;
Off-site visit to related house;
Support HR Department on miscellaneous affairs;
Be prepared to take other duties.
Requirements
College degree and above;
Patient, diligent, self-initiative, detail-oriented and good service awareness;
At lest one year HR administration experience;
Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and expert user of Excel ;
Good command of spoken and written English;
Possess a cooperative team spirit and good interpersonal and organizational skills.
