Airtricity is a fully integrated renewable electricity utility specialising in the development and long term ownership of onshore and offshore wind farms.The Group currently has 455MW of generating capacity in operation across four countries,with a further 636MW in construction and to be operational by early 2008.In addition to projects in operation and in construction,he Group has a development pipeline of more than 9,000MW.As an integrated utility,the Group has developed market-specific approaches to selling the electricity generated.For example,across the island of Ireland this electricity is sold directly to over 35,000 commercial customers through Airtricity's supply business.

施工项目经理Construction Project Manager

Role
Airtricity is seeking to appoint a project construction manager for its wind power plant ('wind farm') construction programme in China.The person appointed will be responsible for projects developed in the Chinese market.
The person will be highly experienced in the Construction Industry having lead multi-million euro projects from inception to completion and final takeover.In addition he or she will have a flair for people management,communication and delegation as well as an overall gift of being able to get a job done to the highest possible standards.
The role will require relocation to Dublin,Ireland for a period of 3-5 months followed by a permanent role in Beijing,China.
Key Tasks
1.Interface with Project Finance,Planning Department and Wind Resource in the development and pre-construction activities
2.Interface with local government and power grid bodies in relation to required consents
3.Monitoring construction activities
4.Coaching team and development of package approach to construction activities
5.Interaction with local project partners and local construction companies
Candidate's Experience and Skills:
1.Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience working on large scale construction sites.
2.Superb project management skills and highly organised approach to work
3.The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
4.The candidate should be comfortable presenting to senior management at board level and should be capable of managing internal and external resources with ease.
5.Willingness to travel and flexibility is a key requirement
6.Fluent Chinese and English
7.Experience in working in a multinational environment
8.Familiar with Western and Chinese business practices
