国内最大DRAM长江存储计划招兵买马公告

        

      清华紫光集团在闪存建立起国内最大，最成功的存储器集团，长江存储。 现在要再进一步，将存储器另外半片江山补足。 日前，清华紫光已和重庆市共同宣布创建国内最大DRAM计划，现在正式招募天下英才，来共襄盛举，一起打造中国未来十年最大建厂计划，国内最先进制程，并在国际舞台上与世界大厂共逐市场。

设计专家: 本科生以上，具五年以上存储器设计经验，尤以具有下列条件者优先:
 

先进制程设计经验者为佳。 若具有20奈米以下(1x, 1y, 1z)设计经验最好
曾有设计先进Sensing Amplifier更为优先。
高速I/O设计经验
具有Row Hammer 特殊设计经验者
曾参与先进制程(1x, 1y, 1z) test vehicle设计者
EDA专家，孰悉世界各大供货商产品

 
器件(组件)专家:本科生以上，具五年以上存储器设计经验，尤以具有下列条件者优先:

具有1x, 1y, 1z 组件经验者
ESD/Latch up 专家
SPICE parameter extraction专家
Test key设计专家
E-fuse经验者
T-CAD专家

制程专家: 本科生以上，具五年以上存储器设计经验，尤以具有下列条件者优先:
 

具有先进制程整合经验者

参与先进制程前段开发者，尤其Active Area 以及 Shallow Trench Isolation经验者

参与中段组件制作经验者，包做普通，低功耗，以及高速组件经验。

参与电容(high-k)制程开发经验者

参与后段(铜)制程开发经验者

曾经建立过PDK (EDR, LDR, etc.)经验者

各制程技术专家，尤以蚀刻(Etch)，薄膜(Thin Film)，Wet Clean ，CMP经验者。

黄光制程专家，包括overlay以及 alignment mark design

OPC专家

制程Data Analysis经验者

Defect 专家

 

产品工程专家: 本科生以上，具五年以上存储器设计经验，尤以具有下列条件者优先:
 

参与1x, 1y, 1z制程开发以及良率提升经验者

参与设计验证(Design Verification)经验者

参与并可以写测试程序者
