“百人计划”研究员

ZJU100 Young Professor

任职要求

取得国内外高水平大学博士学位,具有国际高水平大学助理教授或副教授相当学术水平;为所从事研究领域的青年拔尖人才,有成为该领域学术带头人的发展潜力,原则上能独立发展一个符合学科发展要求的学术方向;自然科学领域年龄一般在35周岁左右,人文社科领域年龄可适当放宽(原则上不超过40周岁)。

工作和生活待遇

1.薪酬待遇

提供有竞争力的薪酬和住房补贴。

2.住房资源

可租住学校教师公寓,晋升长聘教职后,如符合学校人才住房申购条件,可以优惠价格申购人才住房一套。

3.启动经费

按照学科领域提供有竞争力的科研启动经费。

4.办公实验空间

提供良好的办公环境和实验空间。

5.团队建设

具有博士生招生资格,校院统筹给予博士生招生名额支持,支持招收博士后。

Requirements

Applicants with a doctorate degree from a world-renowned university and a formal teaching or research position as assistant or associate professor (or an equivalent title) at an internationally prominent university; a top-notch talent among his or her peers, with the ability to independently establish and develop a research orientation and a potential to become an academic leader in his/her respective field.

Remuneration and Benefits

1. Remuneration

successful applicants will be provided with competitive remuneration and housing subsidies.

2. Housing

Assistance will be given in solving the housing problem, with temporary apartments provided. Welfare apartments can be purchased after the successful candidates receive the tenured position of ZJU.

3. Start-up Fund

Provide corresponding scientific research start-up funds according to the discipline.

4. Office and Laboratory Space

Competitive office environment and laboratory space will be provided.

5. Team Building

Qualified for doctoral students enrollment with support of the university and department/school; recruitment of postdoctoral fellows will be supported.

6. Service Guarantee

Postdoctoral Researcher

任职要求

35周岁以下,近年内获得博士学位,品学兼优;具有良好的学术发展潜力和国际视野,能全职来校工作。

工作和生活待遇

学校与政府主管部门、各优势学科、合作导师、校地合作平台等协同构建博士后资助体系,实施分类资助,特别优秀者应发年薪在40万元以上。

可租住学校教师公寓,提供完善的生活配套。缴纳相应事业养老、医疗等社会保险,办理子女入托等。出站留浙可享受当地人才政策。

3.良好的科研平台

课题组负责保障开展研究工作充足经费及实验条件,支持申报各类科研项目,支持参加国内外学术会议。

学校依托与麻省理工学院、剑桥大学、斯坦福大学等九所顶尖大学深度合作,专项选派优秀博士后赴外合作研究;在海宁国际校区试行“伙伴高校联合招收博士后计划”,与世界一流大学合作招收培养优秀博士后;支持各流动站依托现有海外合作基础开展博士后海外交流。

5.畅通的职业发展

入校后确定为助理研究员,符合条件者推荐申报国家级青年人才计划(项目),进站工作满2年可申请高级职称资格,出站可优先申请学校教学科研岗位。

6.灵活的在站时间

博士后研究人员在站时间由招收学院(系)、合作导师和博士后根据研究项目需要在2-4年内灵活确定。

Requirements

Applicants should be under the age of 35 with a doctorate obtained degree in recent years, excellent in character and academic performance, with good academic development potential and international vision, and could work full-time in ZJU.

Remuneration and Benefits

1. Competitive Salary

The university collaborates with relevant governmental departments, preponderant disciplines, supervisors, and university-local authority cooperation platforms to build a postdoctoral funding system and operates a tiered funding for university-employed postdoctoral researchers. The annual salary for outstanding postdoctoral candidates may reach more than 400,000 CNY.

2. Guaranteed Living Benefits

Apartments with preferential rents and excellent living facilities are available; social insurance including endowment and medical insurance shall be covered; underage children of postdoctoral researchers are entitled to enter nurseries. Researchers who find jobs in Zhejiang after the postdoctoral program are entitled to local talent policies.

3. Favorable Research Platform

The research group is responsible for ensuring adequate research funding and experiment conditions, supporting the application of various scientific research projects and the participation of international academic conferences.

4. Sound International Cooperation Network

Through the deep collaboration with 9 top universities including Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge University and Stanford University, the university dispatches outstanding postdoctoral researchers abroad for cooperative research work; the trial Joint cultivation of Postdoctoral Fellows with Partner Universities Recruitment Program is implemented in Haining International Campus to cultivate great postdoctoral researchers jointly with world's first-class universities; postdoctoral research centers' international communication is supported based on the current overseas cooperation.

5. Clear Career Development

Postdoctoral researchers who meet the requirements shall be recommended to apply for the national young talent programs and enjoy the priority to the application of university's teaching and research positions after completing the postdoctoral program. Postdoctoral researchers are eligible to apply for senior professional titles following their entry into the program for more than 2 years.

6. Flexible Research Term

Postdoctoral researchers may negotiate with the recruiting department and supervisor to determine the contract period (2-4 years) within the scope of national policies according to the needs of the research project.

Research Fellow

任职要求

38周岁以下,有高级职称或人文社科领域不超过40周岁,具有博士学位以及良好的学术发展潜力和国际视野,能全职来校工作。

工作和生活待遇

1.有竞争力的薪酬待遇

薪酬由聘用单位按科研任务协商确定,一人一议,经费主要来源于科研项目,学校提供完善的社会保险。

2.便利的生活保障

可租住学校教师公寓,提供完善的生活配套。

3.良好的科研平台

工作表现优秀、符合条件者,可应聘学校“百人计划”研究员、研究为主教师岗位。

Requirements

Applicants should be under the age of 38 (applicants with senior professional title or in the fields of humanities and social sciences could be under the age of 40) with a doctorate degree obtained in recent years, excellent in character and academic performance, with good academic development potential and international vision, and could work full-time in ZJU.

Remuneration and Benefits

1. Competitive Remuneration

The salary is determined by the employer according to the scientific research task through negotiation. The funds mainly come from the scientific research projects with complete social insurance provided by the university.

Apartments with full-equipped living facilities.

3. Clear Career Development
