职位要求：

本科其以上学历，6年以上相关工作经验
4个月内到位

主要职责：

Assist HR Director for all HR & Admin related issues, ensure office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
HR Function
1.Be responsible for recruit process.
2.Be responsible for Contract Review, Performance Review and Salary Review
3.Co-ordinate with FESCO for Medical, Insurance & Social Welfare issues
4.Effective communication between employees and management
5.Provide training assistance
6.Ensure all employee programs & company policies are in compliance with labor law
7.nteract with external consultants and government agencies
Administration Function
1.Be responsible for all related Admin matters or secretarial support
2.Manage all central office administration (Filing systems, typing pool, reception ,etc)
3.Supervise Office planning, renovation, maintenance and security system
4.Organize Company events & gatherings

用人要求：

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in relevant discipline. Experience in advertising industry is desirable but not essential
2.At least Five years related experience
3.Proficiency in English, both oral and written
4.Good interpersonal, communication skill
5.Detail-orientated, self-disciplined, efficient, and hardworking
6.Excellent in computer skills, able to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint efficiently
