Electrical Engineer电气工程师
- 本科其以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验
- 5个月内到位
PRINCIPLE PURSPOSE:
To establish and maintain an agreed clear basis for Electrical scope, programme and costs to facilitate the Company’s effective, timely and efficient execution of the Project(s) whilst meeting the needs and satisfying the expectation of all our customers and the ultimate client.
职能目标：
在项目设计中建立并维护一个明确清晰的总体电气的工作范围，工作进度和控制费用，在高效执行公司的项目的同时满足客户需求并且使客户满意的设计
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification(s) of Bachelor of Engineering in specialist field after 4 years study in an university.
Preferred Qualification(s) of Certified engineer in mechanical engineering.
3-5 Years in power boiler and its ancillary design and engineering in one of the major Design institutes of China or a similiar power engineering company with experience of leading engineer position on designing 300MW and above boiler and its ancillaries.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
To be capable of liaising at a technical level with other specialist associated with the project, capable and comfortable in communicating at all levels with all parties.
To be capable to lead a large multi-discipline professional engineering team and have a proven track record of successfully leading such a team on a large multi-discipline project.
To be capable of communicating in both English and Chinese
To be capable of using AutoCad and Microsoft Windows, Offices
Knowledge and understanding to relevant ISO 9000 series standards.
To be capable of acting independently at site when required
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Motivation to work
Ability to co-ordinate teams and motivate staff
Degree of mobility with need for presence at site
Fluent English
资历要求：
1．4年制本科毕业，获相关工科学士学位
2．优先考虑拥有注册机械工程师职称者
3．3至5年电力行业锅炉及辅助系统设计和工程实施经验，并任职与国内主要电力设计院或相关的电力工程公司，有主持过300MW以上锅炉及其辅助系统的工作经验
能力要求：
1．能在技术层面与项目其他专业人员保持协调，能自如的和各层级人员进行沟通
2．能领导大型工程师团队开展工作并曾成功领导过一个团队完成一个大型项目
3．能熟练运用中英文进行交流
4．熟练使用AutoCAD软件，Microsoft Windows操作系统和Office软件
5．掌握相关ISO 9000系列的标准
6．根据项目需要，能独立在项目现场开展工作
