Procurement Manager,Project采购经理
- 本科其以上学历，6年以上相关工作经验
- 5个月内到位
PRINCIPLE PURPOSE:
To provide efficient and cost effective value added procurement support to the Procurement Department Manager and in-house user groups within China Operations
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree of Engineering or economics is required
1 + Commercial/legal related degree and/or CPPM will be preferred
Minimum 5 Years in Procurement Function (Preferred 2 years in PPM role)
Minimum 5 Years in Mechanical & Process Industry Sectors
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Effective communication skills
Effective report writing
Thorough understanding of the Procurement Processes
Knowledge and understanding of the logics of computerised systems
Effective application of the Business Operating Procedures
Ability to manage negotiations effectively with Suppliers
Be commercially astute with an appreciation of company economics
Ability to contribute within a multi discipline team environment
Ability to lead, co-ordinate and motivate project team members
Excellent oral and written English ability
