Definition of concepts
Work out standardizing concepts and methodologies for ITI China and projects based on DCX strategies for network and server environment . Extend /adjust DCX network and system operation standards to local needs , in order to harmonize best practices ,cost structures, and prepare for a common network and system operation infrastructure within the APAC region. Gather and consolidate local requirement to adopt ITI global/regional strategy for China, consider language environments, etc.
Projects/Consulting(Service Delivery)
Provide consulting and project support for IT projects in particular about requirements from a network and system operation perspective. Manage the deployment of network infrastructure. Provide consulting and project/task/issue management for application projects; manage landscaping, implementation and operations (stabilization and improvement ). While doing that, ensure proper DCX guideline to be in place. For all affiliated companies (as the DCX strategy does not apply for DC minority share), create transparency on DCX strategy.
Strategy
Promote and manage the implementation of the ADC/China network and system operation environment that fits into the regional APAC ITI strategy. Contribute requirements from DC China to global/local network initiatives and review definition, rules and guidelines to meet local needs.

University degree in computer science, or equivalent higher education.
Three years of experience in planning, operating and supporting of network and server infrastructure. Knowledge about network products, layouts and usage. Experience to work in international teams.
Languages: Chinese and English.
Strong communication skills . Mobility, intercultural and social skills. Knowledge about certified processes and methods(e.g. ISO9000) are helpful.
