KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Develop and implement short and long-term plans for profitable revenue growth in line with group, regional and country objectives reflecting market specific opportunities to maximize efficiency of all sales resources to achieve maximum revenue and profit growth;
·Recruit, develop and manage the Sales and Marketing Team by implementing a professional staff development plan to build a professional country sales team with high employee and customer satisfaction;
·Align sales and marketing resources in line with changing market trends to maximize ROS ratio by focusing on high growth markets to achieve country and group objectives;
·Develop and implement a country Marketing plan to maximize revenue acquisition and retention within the available budgets and to achieve ROI targets and maximize market share;
·Implement appropriate actions based on the company KPI report, achieve better than company targets and maximum customer satisfaction;
·“Lead by example” in developing personally Min. 3 major accounts gain new profitable revenue, remain close to the customer, and contribute to country objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
·10 years of working experience in an international and professional sales and marketing environment, of which minimum 5 years in a senior managerial position;
·Proven track record as a Sales and marketing Manager in a service industry, preferable in an international transport company;
·Team Leadership Skills;
·Good communication and interpersonal skills;
·High level negotiation skills;
·Good business acumen;
·Ability to develop, implement and manage short and long term sales and marketing plans.
