有海外工作、学习经历
本科其以上学历，6年以上相关工作经验
5个月内到位

主要职责：

Responsibilities:
- Manage the boss's calendar. Set up meetings and appointments.
- Provide secretarial support including travel arrangements, translation, preparation of reports, and document filing
- Organize and participate in meetings, record minutes, follow up action plans
- Support boss to establish and maintain good relationship with foreign embassies, local government officials, business partners, major clients and key suppliers
- Organize and coordinate such company events as annual dinner, regional CEO meeting, and office relocation project
- Oversee office administration, i.e. looking after the office stamp, license renewal, liaison with vendors for office necessities
- Receive VIP visitors and provide logistics support

用人要求：

Qualification:
- University graduates, major in English, business administration, or other relevant areas
- At least 5 years work experience as an executive assistant with a multinational company or a Rep. Office
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin is a must
- Strong PC skills and demonstrated typing skills
- Professional and proactive service attitude, good team player

薪酬待遇： 税前年薪 18万—22万 预计截止时间：2024/5/12
