主要职责：

BACKGROUND
The Company has been expanding rapidly in China and the North China region. To sustain the business growth, it has a need for an experienced and outstanding business development professional to assist the General Manager to handle the strategic planning and execution for business expansion and projects.

JOB PURPOSE:
1. To support the Beijing Office in its business development to achieve its business and expansion targets;
2. To be responsible for strategic planning for possible business expansion. Its key functions includes:-
· Project Management
· Property Strategy
· Business Development
· Retail Operations
· Market Research and Feasibility Studies

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To develop and implement the property strategy to open new stores in various strategic locations, with supporting market research and feasibility studies;
2.To plan and manage the new store format in accordance with the company's demographic and operational requirements;
3.To conduct market research and feasibility study for appropriate new store openings;
4. To plan, implement and coordinate with the designer, contractors and lateral associates for necessary operational procedures during the initial store construction stages;
5. To assist in project management during the pre-opening stages;
6. To liaise with purchasing department for equipment purchase for new shops;
7. To actively involve in sourcing locations for new stores;
8. To approach existing tenant/property agents/landlord to develop new opportunities for new stores;
9. To conduct technical provisional test with consultant to ascertain the viability of stores;
10. To negotiate with landlord for tenancy agreement.
SUPERVISES: Key subordinate staff
WORK ASSOCIATES:
1. Internal: Line managers and staff members in China.
2. External: External consultants, property agents, landlords, tenants, designers, contractors.

薪酬待遇： 税前年薪 60万—100万 预计截止时间：2024/5/8
