Today i am a little pity for my candicate jim. he is a good guy with good technical and good background
in sevearl JV and MNC company ,as a professional manager ,i am admired about his behaviour and speaking, but i don't why he failured for today's interview. hr give me some feedback ,that days when have a date time communciate with his use english ,feel is ok ,but when face to face communication , maybe for care this position to much and treat it as the goal , with accompany some nevrous ,so the Leader guys from HK ,give me some feedback ,his oral english is not good .so simple result.
I can accept it as hr ,but as a hunter , i know it's depend on this company' culture ,i told jim ,this company not suitable for you ,not means they not permit you capability ,all for they looking for some younger guys and can not want to affording to much on this ,or even for them not want to give an important eye on this role. you can searching the company which permit you mangement skills ,and developing you next career.
I am really pity for this ,but for professional manager ,for some career for yourselves ,i think if this company failured you ,pls continue you step ,and not stoptable for you stepping to reaching you bright future. for candicates and companies ,it is the two sides choice.
