职位： Trainer-培训讲师

1. 本科其以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验
2. 1个月内到位

Main Responsibilities:
 Work closely with operation departments to identify training needs.
 Design and develop in-class training as well as e-learning content based on training needs.
 Implement and deliver training programs to improve management skills.
 Deliver high value and high impact training for Operators, Team leaders, OPS Manager and so on.
 Gain a good mastery of the subject matter, including familiarity with content and depth of understanding
 Ensure most effective delivery mechanisms are implemented in each program
 Inject motivation in leading and helping learners to achieve the learning outcomes
 Develop concise and suitable content and materials for modules development
 Use professional techniques and be familiar with company policies to solve routine problems
 Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting appropriate methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results
 Module design completion as per planned timeline
 Designed modules of high quality and can be formalized with minimal changes after the first pilot
 Perform training audit to evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous enhancement on training activities/projects.
 Lead other training projects.

Qualification and skills:
 At least 3-5 years in training design and delivery
 Bachelor degree and above
 Interpersonal and presentation skills
 Very good knowledge in Leadership and Management
 Fluent English both oral and written
 Ready to frequent travel
 Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software
